৩০তম ঢাকা আন্তর্জাতিক বাণিজ্য মেলা ২০২৬ এর শুভ উদ্বোধন ঘোষণা করেন গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের বাণিজ্য,বস্ত্র ও পাট এবং বেসামরিক বিমান ও পর্যটন মন্ত্রণালয়ের মাননীয় উপদেষ্টা জনাব শেখ বশিরউদ্দীন।
উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠানে বিশেষ অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন বাণিজ্য মন্ত্রণালয়ের সচিব মাহবুবুর রহমান, রপ্তানি উন্নয়ন ব্যুরো (ইপিবি)’র ভাইস চেয়ারম্যান (প্রধান নির্বাহী) জনাব মোহাম্মদ হাসান আরিফ এবং ফেডারেশন অফ বাংলাদেশ চেম্বার্স অব কমার্স অ্যান্ড ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজের (এফবিসিসিআই) প্রশাসক জনাব মোঃ আবদুর রহিম খান।
মেলার উদ্বোধনে পেপার এন্ড প্যাকেজিং প্রোডাক্টসকে বর্ষপণ্য ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে।
The Honorable Adviser to the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh for the Ministry of Commerce, Textiles and Jute, and Civil Aviation and Tourism, Mr. Sk. Bashir Uddin, officially inaugurated the 30th Dhaka International Trade Fair 2026.
Mr.Mahbubur Rahman, the Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce; Mr. Mohammad Hasan Arif, the Vice Chairman (Chief Executive) of the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB); and Mr. Md. Abdur Rahim Khan, the Administrator of the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industries (FBCCI), were special guests at the inaugural ceremony.
Paper and packaging products were named the Product of the Year on the occasion of the inauguration.
